What is Grief?
Loss leaves an indescribable emptiness in our lives and the messiness of grief and mourning that follows can feel overwhelming. Perhaps you feel uncertain how to move forward with this new reality. Maybe it feels like you aren’t sure how to grieve or what it should look like. You may feel a deep aching mourning or a sense of peace with the loss. Either way, you do not have to experience grief and loss alone. Grief counselling supports grief with grace, in the style that fits YOU best.
